Childcare Centres & Kindergartens

We come to you….

Wild Rangers offers hands on and exciting Wildlife and Bug shows in the familiar environment of the children’s classroom.

The children get the opportunity to learn about and to interact with some of Australia’s wonderful and unique animals without the extra costs of school buses and other complications which may occur with excursions.

With fun being the key ingredient of our shows, the children will enjoy interacting and learning simple key messages about Australia’s wonderful and unique animals.

The children will learn where the different animals live, what they like to eat and how they protect themselves.

They will also learn the important role each animal plays in our ecosystem, how we can help them survive as well as keeping safe from animals they may find in and around their backyards.

The Australian animals we may bring include:

  • Lizards
  • Python
  • Crocodile
  • Turtle
  • Frog
  • Bird
  • Possums
  • Gliders

We have also introduced our new “Bugs Gone Wild” shows.

During these shows, we introduce the children to some of the interesting and strange world of invertebrates we have living here in Australia.

They will learn where they live, what they like to eat, how some of them can change and why they play an important role in our ecosystem.

The children may meet invertebrates such as:

  • Stick Insects
  • Giant Burrowing Cockroach (Litter Bug)
  • Millipede
  • Centipede
  • Scorpion
  • Spider
  • Mealworms
  • And a special guest….(who may like to eat bugs!)

Our shows encourage children to get outside and explore their environment and the beautiful creatures that call it home.

We are happy to split the children up into different age groups and we keep our shows very age related.

Our programs coincide with the National Australian Curriculum.
