Wild Rangers offers hands-on and exciting educational Wildlife Shows, as well as Bug shows in the familiar environment of the children’s classroom.
The children get the opportunity to learn about and to interact with some of Australia’s wonderful and unique animals without the extra costs of school buses and other complications which may occur with excursions.
With fun being the key ingredient of our shows, the children will enjoy interacting and learning simple key messages about Australia’s wonderful and unique animals.
We encourage the children to get outside and explore their environment and the beautiful creatures that call it home.
Our shows are very interactive and hands-on with the children getting to touch the animals which develop an emotional connection.
Areas we cover include:
- Gold Coast
- Brisbane areas (including parts of North Brisbane)
- Northern NSW (including Tweed Coast, Byron Bay, Murwillumbah, Ballina, Lismore and surrounding areas.)
All our programs coincide with several of the National Australian Curriculums.
- Helping children become confident and involved learners
- Building their awareness and respect of the natural world
Who knows, the teachers may even learn something new as well.

Children are thriving learners, constantly exploring the world around them.
Our programs are designed to introduce the children to their natural surroundings as the first five years of a child’s life is such an important developmental stage.
This show offers a great opportunity for the children to get up close and personal with some of Australia’s iconic Wildlife, being one of the most heartfelt and enriching experiences for their development and confidence.
All our animals are comfortable with being handled and around children, which will allow the children to have an interactive and hands-on experience.
We have a wide range of Australian Wildlife including:

Programs
BUGS GONE WILD SHOW
All creatures that the world has to offer should be explored. However, some are a little small and often go unseen.
With our BUGS GONE WILD shows, the children will get to explore all kinds of creepy-crawly critters.
Not only will the children learn about our amazing Invertebrates found in Australia, but they will also be encouraged to get outside and explore for themselves.
With a hat, sunscreen, some gloves, and a magnifying glass, no bug will be hidden for long!
Students will be amazed by critters with just one foot, those that glow under ultraviolet light, and even bugs with 8 hairy legs!
They will learn where they live, what they like to eat, how some of them can change, and why they play an important role in our ecosystem.
The children may meet invertebrates such as:
- Stick Insects
- Giant Burrowing Cockroach (Litter Bug)
- Millipede
- Centipede
- Scorpion
- Spider
- Mealworms
- And a special guest….(who LOVES to eat bugs!)
